Every day we are learning more and more about the implications of living a stressful lifestyle. It can affect our physical health, our mental wellbeing and also slow down the rate at which we see the results from the effort we are putting into our health and fitness goals.
Overwhelm can stop us from clearly identifying where change needs to start from and how to bring it about.
In this workshop we will use personal development tools to help you get some clarity in each significant area of your life to identify where change needs to come from first and then help you identify what your true core values are so you can set boundaries that align with your life.
All information for this workshop is sent to you via email and is followed by 2 online coaching sessions with Annette. One session is to help you set boundaries (up to 30 mins) the second session will be a forensic healing session to help you address the root of the biggest stress causing factor in your life. You will need to allow up to 60 minutes for this online session.
