Here’s a little glimpse into the mindset of a champion.
The reason we share this with you is that when Amy started working with us, her goal was to lose weight so she could be healthier and fall pregnant.
Often when a client starts on a weight loss journey, they can become fixated on the number on the scales instead of falling in love with the process of living a healthier life.
Working in the fitness industry since 2008, we’re very aware of what’s needed along the way.
If you’re new on your weight loss journey, there are nuggets of gold in this letter we received from Amy.
It’s a process we often teach about focusing on BEING the person you need to be who has achieved your goal. How would that person feel? What thoughts run through their mind? What do they do that ends up helping them not only achieve their goal but so much more?
Take a read and see what you can start implementing today to help you change your energetic frequency into one that attracts success faster.
“I drove home from work tonight and I cried again… I’ve done a lot of that over the last couple of days.
I’m so overwhelmed, proud and happy by what I’ve been able to achieve lately, and over the past 2 1/2 years since coming into contact with you guys.
I’m starting to look at 69kg of weight loss as a secondary achievement because things I’ve been able to do feel like the real achievement (which wouldn’t have happened without the weight loss though) You don’t know how unbelievably grateful I am to the two of you for believing in me always, for challenging me and for supporting me every step of the way (even literally when I ran my marathon Matt).
I was already feeling amazing but these last 12 weeks have taken it to another level. I have done things I never even dreamed of doing (I ran a f@&^ing marathon!!!) and I have so many lovely words of encouragement, awe and praise from friends as well as people I don’t even know! It has been so overwhelmingly heartwarming.
Annette you said it well the other day when you said that Matt took the opportunity to challenge me one step further, that he did, from not being able to run a kilometer to running a marathon within 12 months, I’m so glad he did! I’m now learning just how strong I am.
Thank you for believing I can do anything! I now feel that I look just as good on the outside as I feel on the inside. Thank you… love you guys so much for being the people you are!
Love Amy”
