Catherine joined Assist PT in late July 2013 weighing over 83.6kg and 40% body fat. Her goal was to have a healthy relationship with food and lose body fat, to drop back to a size 12 and be around 69kg again. 12 weeks later Catherine had already dropped 8.4kg and 62cms in girth measurements. 6 months later on Catherine weighed in at 65.8kg and 25% body fat.
After her Discovery Session with Annette, they decided it would be best for Catherine to start her 12 week program doing nutrition under the guidance of Annette, group training and one on one personal training sessions under the care of one of their trainers Jay.

Jay joined Assist PT to be mentored under the guidance of Matt and Annette.
Before starting with Assist PT I felt sluggish, down about myself and very unhappy with my appearance. I also hoped that I wouldn’t let myself down again after so many attempts. Now I feel great! My body hasn’t felt this good ever! I can see definition and my energy levels have changed. I’m stronger too!
It’s a real shame Jay barracks for Collingwood, that’s about his only real downside! He is such a positive and friendly person and I couldn’t think of not training with him now!“
Assist PT ran their 12 week challenge in September, so Catherine stepped it up by adding in one extra session during the challenge season and took out the Grand Champion prize during that challenge losing 8.3kg of body fat and 62 cm in measurements.
Words can’t really explain how I’m feeling but I’ll try…..Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are all exceptional people and I am so grateful for what each of you have done for me. You’ve helped me change my life. I have never felt more alive. I’m energetic, my memory has improved, I never feel sluggish or lethargic and my overall wellbeing has sky rocketed.
