We never took photos of Mick when he first joined us for personal training as his goal was not about a physical transformation but more health and lifestyle related. Mick’s before photo pictured above was taken in August 2012 after he had been training with us for 4 months, weighing 97.5kg.
Due to stress and health factors, not too much physical progress happened in the first 4 months, progress was more in the form of health, wellness, mindset and behaviours. However Mick was now ready to chase a physique goal. He showed us what he wanted to look like and was willing to train, eat and supplement right to get there in the healthiest way possible. 4 months later, in December 2012, Mick had lost a further 9.8kg in body fat and achieved the look he was after.
With Mick’s 100% commitment to his nutrition program and supplementation protocols, we were able to train him in the way we needed for his body to respond in the way it did. We are so proud of Mick’s dedication and consider it an honour to have helped him achieve these amazing results in such a short period of time.
