Mel achieved her goals in the first 12 weeks of her training. Over a total period of 20 months, Mel completed a few 12 week programs with Annette, 36 PT sessions in total! A great example of how focus and accountability can get you to your goals!
Calories were never discussed once during Mel’s training. Our focus was on a healthy transformation and being a good role model for her boys and family.
In 12 weeks she went from a size 14 to a size 10, continued with her training and came back for more help when she was ready to take her transformation further.
When l first met Annette l was very unhappy with the way l had let myself go during my pregnancy.
Putting on 15 kilograms after having my son, l had to buy a pair of size 14 pants as none of my clothes fitted me. That was extremely depressing for me.
Thanks to Annette’s motivation, support, nutritional advice & variety in my training sessions, in 12 short weeks l achieved all the goals l had set for myself. I am now back in my pre-pregnancy size 10 pants, and feeling much happier about the way l look.

I’m really happy with the results. My son asks for healthier food and that’s the best result l could get. I’m still aiming for 15% body fat by Christmas, which l think is achievable. Then l’ll just keep setting little goals so l continuously have something to aim for“
