Jai achieved more than what he had set out for. He challenged Matt to take him from 81kg to beyond 90kg in 12 weeks and finished weighing in at 93kg, packing an extra 9.3kg onto his frame!
- Lean Mass went from 78.6kg up to 85.3kg
- Increased chest circumference by 13.5cm
- Increased shoulder circumference by 11cm
- Increased biceps by 4.5cm
- Increased thighs by 6.5cm
- Increased calves by 2cm
Jai towers at 194cm tall and has a physical job as a carpenter. He joined the gym weighing in at 77kg. He wanted to put on some size.
After 3 introductory PT sessions with Matt and some weeks to train himself, he increased his weight up to 79kg before heading overseas for a short holiday. Jai returned to the gym with an extra couple of “holiday weight” kilos.
After being so impressed by what Matt was able to show him in those first 3 sessions, Jai decided to contact Matt upon his return and got started with 3 weekly PT sessions.
The deal was, if Matt could aid Jai in passing 90kg, he would re-sign for another 12 weeks of training!
Jai weighed in for his 12 week assessment smack bang on 93kg. A whopping 9kg increase in 12 weeks and he continued training!
