Starting on Wednesday 18th May 2016, it’s time to shake things up a bit and teach you all more on what we’ve been learning over the past few years! After running the Metabolic Precision 12 Week Challenge in the early years of Assist PT, and with our clients achieving fantastic results, we were eager to expand our ability of transformational success.
Since 2012, Matt and I have been throwing ourselves into further studies, more workshops, more mentoring with world leaders and learning from the experts in the field of training, nutrition and mindset.
Throughout this time, we incorporated small snippets of our developing knowledge into each challenge, with more and more clients highlighting these extra inclusions as some of the most beneficial lessons for them.
So the time has come to launch into something new – a 12 week course to educate you with nutritional knowledge and a strong unwavering headspace! We have designed this to help you not only make healthier choices but assist you to become the person you need to be to reach your goals without the self-sabotage, guilt or confusion that often follows once a 12 Week Challenge has been completed. If you:
- need help following a healthy nutritional plan that will kickstart your metabolism
- need to drop more unwanted body fat and lean up
- need a weekly plan that will help you progress forward
- are time poor and need training and nutrition tips you can implement that make you utilise your time more wisely
- need more willpower
- could benefit with 24/7 support to help you stay accountable to your goals
- are sick and tired of the rollercoaster ride of trying to lose weight
Then this 12 week course is for you! We will meet every Wednesday evening at 7.15pm to present and deliver a step-by-step guide on how to improve your nutrition, training and mindset over the coming seven days until we meet again.
There are only three ways you can join us for this program and limited spots for each option as follows:
5 spots only – if you are not currently training with us but have a gym membership or access to a training facility that provides you with weight plates, barbells, dumbbells, benches and a squat rack.
5 spots only – if you are not currently training and would like to join us for this program and gain access to 4 weekly group training sessions that run between 5.45am and 8.15am Tuesdays to Saturdays.
15 spots only – if you are currently training with us and have done or have wanted to do one of our past 12 week challenges.
