“I have a new life, just the thought of living the way I used to, eating poorly and only 3 times a day astounds me. I have never felt more alive. I’m energetic, my memory has improved, I never feel sluggish or lethargic and my overall wellbeing has sky rocketed. This has been so worth it, I’m so happy! Now my older daughter has joined the gym, she eats all my food now, so it’s had a follow on effect, it’s been really good! Now I don’t fall asleep on the couch, I have so much more energy, clarity and my memory has improved too. I’m also aware of food and the effect it has on the body, I wish I had have done this 10 years ago!
The knowledge I learnt will be with me forever now. The support is awesome, the group training sessions have been fun! I’m pretty confident this challenge has changed me going forward!
