Our training studio is inside Lilydale Basketball Stadium on the grounds of Lilydale High School. Enter via the carpark on Hutchinson Street, just opposite the Lilydale Marketplace. Once you enter the stadium, follow the teal green wall around to the left and you will see the entrance to our studio. No need to ever knock, come on in!
All sessions are booked in by appointment only.
Monday to Thursday: 5am to 7.45pm
Friday: 5am to 11am (or as needed)
Saturday: 6am to 11am (or as needed)
Sunday: Closed
Yes! You are welcome to use the stadium car park. On the odd occasion the carpark is full, there is plenty of parking across the road at the shopping centre too.
Yes! The stadium shower facilities have recently been refurbished. You are welcome to use them up until 8am Monday to Friday.
The cost of your training package will depend on how many weekly sessions you do with us and if you would also like to do one of our educational courses to tailor your service exactly to your needs. We can chat more about this in your Discovery Session.
The discovery session is an opportunity for us to talk in depth about your goal so we can understand where you're at and what you need to see results.
We have a lot of knowledge to share with you so when we understand what you need we can personalise your training package to accommodate the support and tools you require to get you off to the best start.

Being clear on your values helps eliminate stress, set clear boundaries and make choices that bring you happiness.
No, instead we will empower you by teaching you what foods your body needs for optimal health and performance and then teach you how to eat more of those foods. Meal plans get boring. Understanding nutrition and food choices is much more empowering and means you never need to feel deprived.
We will structurally screen you in your first training session to see exactly where your body is at. Your training program will be written taking into consideration your tightnesses, weaknesses, mobility and your goal and will be updated as soon your body needs further adaptation. This is on average every 4-6 weeks, sometimes a little sooner!
To offer a fair booking system for all, we require 24 hours notice to rebook sessions. If an emergency comes up, let us know with as much notice as you can. We respect your time and work with clients who respect our time too.
Your personal training sessions can be booked in with your trainer at whatever times you both agree upon but our studio is not open for anyone to use at any time they please because we don't want you waiting around to use equipment in your PT sessions. You have our 100% undivided attention in your PT sessions, the session is all about you and only you.
Most clients start seeing results as early as 2 weeks. It generally starts with you having more energy and then seeing your face share a healthy glow.
By week 4 you will start to see a change in the way your clothes are fitting and you will begin to feel fitter and stronger.
By week 8 many clients start realising they need to start buying new clothes that fit them better and by week 12 everyone around you will start asking you what you've been doing!

We will teach you how to love health and fitness so that you never need to rely on anyone to be motivated. We will keep you accountable to make the changes you're willing to make and do the work to help you become willing. Your training sessions will always be challenging but we won't ever dish out smash sessions. We will safely find your limits and then push you from there.
From around week 4, you will curse us with every name under the sun and then walk out thanking us!
No, the only contract you sign is your initial 12 week commitment so we have enough time to help you work toward your goals. You can suspend your training at any time and after the initial 12 weeks, we just ask for 2 weeks notice so we know what time slots we have available to offer new clients.
