When I look at our transformation challenge winners, there is one thing they all have in common, a strong desire to change the direction of their life. This desire allows them to listen, learn and apply.
Step by step the small changes they make builds up confidence and belief within themselves and the next thing we know, we have another up and coming champion on our hands!
They make the most of every opportunity to better themselves and always do what’s within their means to ensure they keep making progress.
All of our past winners have immersed themselves into the Assist PT experience. They turn up for all their training sessions, they apply the nutrition recommendations, they use us for applied muscle testing to keep progress happening fast. When they need help, they ask questions, when they apply, they ask what’s next.
Our new program Overhaul has evolved from the Metabolic Precision 12 Week Challenges which we began running in 2009. We got to a point where we were teaching everything in the MP program plus a whole lot more, making additional tweaks as we went. We have taken away what wasn’t so effective and added in what we needed so we could offer our clients a more personalised approach for faster results and more sustainable results. Meet our latest 12 Week Challenge Winner, the inspirational Bec.
These are her 12 week results and this is her incredible story!
Bec is a Mother of 3 and Office Administrator for her family business in the Yarra Valley. On Australia Day 2 years ago she was involved in a boating accident that broke her L1 vertebrae. Bec spent 1 week in the Austin Hospital followed by 3 months at home flat on her back.
In the past 5 years, she has also had 4 knee surgeries and has also been suffering with a bad hip. In December 2014 Bec heard about our 12 week challenge. At that time, Bec explains “I was overweight, depressed, lethargic, unmotivated and unhappy in myself and the way I looked. I needed a challenge that incorporated nutrition, mindset and training my body could handle. What I loved about the challenge was that it’s flexible, I’m not stuck eating food I don’t like from a set menu that doesn’t suit my lifestyle.”
In her first 12 week challenge, Bec lost over 40cm in measurements, a total of 10.4kg of body fat and increased her lean muscle tissue. She shares “I now feel energised, focused and motivated to take this even further. I believe in myself because my trainers believed in me. I can’t thank them enough for that!. My confidence is awesome, I love how I look and feel and I have a more positive attitude towards life in general. I’m in a great routine and plan to keep it that way!”
Bec is one of 5 very excited clients who are returning to join us for round 2 in the May Challenge. Spots are limited to 15 people per round. Week 2 of the challenge is where we map out the training plan according to what resources you have available or have committed to and each week our clients are educated and guided so they can make the best choices possible until we meet again the following week.
